Sarah & Russ
Driving out to Kittery Maine was really starting to worry me. It had been raining all morning, everything was wet and overcast. But as soon as I walked in the door to the house Sarah and Russ were getting ready at, I knew none of this nonsense with the weather was worth the stress. Sarah & Russ were so excited to be finally getting married, and they were surrounded by their closest friends and family. This weather wasn't going to stop a thing!
But, amazingly enough, just as we were about ready to start their first look, the rain moved out, and the sun started coming up! It was a wedding day miracle! Their first look went off smoothly, and the group enjoyed a celebratory toast before heading off to Fort Foster for formals and the ceremony!
Sarah and Russ's favorite part about Fort Foster was the rocky coastline, so we knew we had to make that the star of their photos, and boy did the bridal group bring in the fun! I don't think anyone was able to stop laughing the entire time, which made formals so much more enjoyable for everyone!
After the ceremony, we headed out to Portsmouth Country Club, and were able to enjoy the rest of the evening there. We had another small rain storm that came through, but luckily enough for us, we had the most incredible sunset for the two of them to dance and enjoy a few quiet moments alone.
